Shipping policy

All orders ship out between 1-3 business days from the date they were purchased. Shipping and handling from the postal service may add an additional 1-2 days. Each order placed will come with a a unique tracking number once the order has been fulfilled.

Please note, Red Collar is not responsible for lost items in the mail. Please contact the postal carrier via tracking number on the order confirmation page for any additional help with lost or damaged items.
