Refund policy

All returned products must have the original tags still attached to be deemed in a  returnable condition by Red Collar. Red Collar reserves the right to determine if a product is eligible to be returned. Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be given to eligible products by the same payments means they were purchased.

Online orders must be sent back via postage to 2120 Middle Street, Sullivan's Island, SC, 29482 once an order return is accepted. Customers are responsible to pay for shipping and postage.
